Dr. Guidos is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist who received her M.D. from the Tufts University Medical School in 1986. 

She completed residencies at Tufts Medical School in Boston and Reading Hospital and Medical Center in Pennsylvania. She served on the teaching faculty of both Tufts University Medical School and the University of Iowa. 

She was the medical director of occupational medicine clinics in several states and has performed Independent Medical Exams over the last twenty years. Currently, she is employed at The Brain and Neurospine Clinic of Missouri, where she performs electro diagnostic testing, physiatry and disability evaluations and Independent Medical Exams.

Dr. Guidos has been married for over 23 years and they have 3 children. She enjoys spending time with family, going to church, collecting religious items, cooking and walking the dog.
